Payment can be made through Wise, Square (debit or credit), e-transfer or with cash at the time of your session.

We believe care and wellness should be accessible to all. If cost is a barrier, please reach out — sliding scale options are available.

Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or changes with more than 24 hours’ notice are always appreciated.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
